Job Title: Social Media Manager
Schedule: M -F 9am-5pm EST
Salary Range: $800 - 1,400

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with consultancies, service providers, or marketing agencies, ideally in the tech, crypto, or compliance sectors. This role requires more than basic social media management—it demands advanced expertise and up-to-date knowledge. As our Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to boost our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive impactful interactions, all while aligning with our position as a crypto compliance content agency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for crypto compliance and blockchain technology companies
• Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Manage and grow our presence on professional networks, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
• Produce and optimize video content for YouTube and YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose short-form content for Youtube Shorts, Twitter and TikTok to increase brand awareness
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities (not a priority) 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes and algorithm adjustments 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in tech, B2B SaaS, or service provider industries or marketing agency
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visual and written content
• Basic experience with video editing and graphic design tools
• Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Hubspot, Metricool etc.)
• Understanding of how to work with project management tools (i.e. clickup, asana, trello etc)
• Proficiency in social media platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills
• Knowledge and skills in Social media analytics and reporting, trend analysis and strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cryptocurrency compliance or blockchain-related social media management
• Knowledge of social media marketing for regulated industries
• Familiarity with B2B lead generation strategies on social platforms
• Experience running paid social media campaigns successfully
