As we prepare to launch, we’re looking for a **Social Media Marketing Manager** to help build our brand and grow our online presence.
**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager** to take charge of our social media strategy. You’ll be responsible for **content creation, engagement, paid advertising, and performance analytics** across **Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok**. Your goal is to generate brand awareness, attract potential users, and drive conversions.
**Responsibilities**
✅ Develop and execute a **social media marketing strategy** to promote our SaaS product.
✅ Create **engaging content** (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform.
✅ Manage and grow our social media accounts by **engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering a community**.
✅ Plan and launch **paid social media ad campaigns** to drive awareness and lead generation.
✅ Track, analyze, and report on **key social media metrics** to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
✅ Stay up-to-date with **industry trends, competitors, and platform updates**.
✅ Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with product launches and company goals.
**Qualifications**
3**+ years of experience** in social media marketing, preferably for a SaaS or tech company.
Proven experience creating **high-quality social media content** (reels, carousels, stories, etc.).
Strong understanding of **social media algorithms and best practices** for engagement.
Experience with **paid social media advertising** (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
Proficiency in **social media management tools** (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
Ability to analyze **social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly**.
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Bonus Skills**
⭐ Experience in **SaaS marketing**.
⭐ Familiarity with **CRM or insurance industry marketing**.
⭐ Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
