What You'll Do:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
Utilize digital tools and resources to create interactive and effective learning experiences.
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and school staff to ensure student progress and success.
Manage a caseload of diverse age groups, with the opportunity for caseload adjustments as more team members are hired.

Position Overview:

Type: Full-Time (5 positions available)
Duration: Full academic year
Service Model: Virtual case management
Caseload: Diverse age groups, with initial caseloads potentially larger and adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Active teaching certification in Pennsylvania or your home state.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Experience with virtual teaching platforms and educational technology.
