You Are:

You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in network operations and management. With a strong background in network architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity, you have a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams. You excel in strategic planning, project management, and have a deep understanding of compliance standards and governance frameworks. Your strong analytical and critical thinking skills enable you to solve complex network issues, and you possess excellent communication skills to present complex information to diverse audiences. You are adaptable, eager to learn new skills, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards and data privacy. Your global perspective and customer-centric approach make you an effective leader in multinational environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of network engineers in implementing and enforcing network design/configuration standards, network security compliance, access controls, support processes, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with Global NOC manager on maintaining network design and configuration standards, policies, and procedures for supporting new technologies and solutions.
  • Establish regular compliance audits for security vulnerabilities, network performance, capacity, and policy/configuration standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders for technical issues, future enhancements, and the introduction of new technologies/workflows to improve business productivity.
  • Define and drive strategies that align with Synopsys' business growth and scalability.
  • Design, evolve, and document deployment and support processes for new technology, platforms, and solution changes.

  • Ensure the high performance and reliability of Synopsys' global network infrastructure.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions to enhance network scalability, efficiency, security, and performance.
  • Maintain robust network security measures to safeguard Synopsys' data.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure network performance, stability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the network engineering team.
  • Contribute to Synopsys' overall business growth and success by aligning network strategies with organizational goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in network operations and management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in network architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
