Responsibilities: • Tax Planning and Advisory Develop innovative tax strategies for businesses, individuals, and trusts. This is crucial for helping clients maximize savings, navigate complex regulations, and secure long-term financial stability. • Transactional Support Oversee tax implications for corporate formations, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions. By ensuring deals are structured optimally, you protect clients from unnecessary risk and enhance overall transaction value. • Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through intricate tax issues. Personalized attention builds trust, fosters loyalty, and ensures the firm’s reputation for exceptional service. • Dispute Resolution and Representation Represent clients in interactions with federal, state, and local tax authorities, including audits and appeals. Effective advocacy can prevent costly litigation and safeguard client interests. • Research and Analysis Stay current with ever-changing tax laws and regulations, and draft internal memos or legal briefs.
