Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively seeking a seasoned Tax Controversy, Probate, and Trust & Estate Attorney for our client, Fowler White , a prestigious law firm located in Miami, Florida .

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling tax controversy matters, probate cases, and trust & estate planning, along with a minimum book of business of $500K . Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in tax controversy matters, including audits, appeals, and litigation.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on estate and trust planning, administration, and probate matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to offer integrated legal solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Significant experience in tax controversy, probate, and trust & estate law.
• Book of Business: A minimum portable book of business of $500K .
• Education: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensure: Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• Skills: Strong business development skills, client management expertise, and exceptional legal knowledge in the relevant practice areas.
