Salary $115,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our remote team. This is a permanent position that offers a chance to work with a diverse portfolio of HNW individuals and investment partnerships.

Responsibilities As a Tax Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to
- Supervising and reviewing the preparation of complex tax returns for HNW individuals, private equity firms, hedge funds, and investment partnerships.
- Providing proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their tax compliance and consulting needs are met.
- Researching and analyzing complex tax issues, changes in tax regulations, and new tax laws to provide appropriate recommendations to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Assisting in the development and training of junior staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality work is delivered.
- Participating in business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Tax Supervisor role should have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in working with HNW individuals, private equity, hedge funds, and investment partnerships.
- A deep understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. A CPA license or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
