Salary: 104,000 - 104,000 USD per year Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software product management.
• Experience working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
• Understanding of Product Management principles and business KPIs with the ability to drive them.
• Technical skills such as SQL, Postman, and experience in an agile development environment are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Scrum Certifications from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org (PSM1/PSPO/CSPO/CSM) are desired.
• Ability to commute to Altamonte Springs, FL, and willingness to relocate before starting work.

• Determine customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, UX, activation, and operations) and external vendors.
• Build roadmaps and backlogs and define requirements to ensure that they are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Lead and facilitate internal and customer training on how to use the product.
• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities, serving as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to stakeholders.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for a 6-month contract-to-hire position located in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work on-site two days a week, with the first two weeks being on-site. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $50 per hour. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of our consumer engagement platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that align with our company's vision and strategy, all within an agile environment.
