Job Description

This role is ideal for a natural storyteller and skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Training Manager, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative training programs and resources that help individuals optimize their businesses and maximize their success. What You'll Do

Content Creation & Management

Develop engaging, high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, video content, guides, and other resources.

Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight

Manage and maintain content within the LMS, ensuring courses are user-friendly and up to date.

Training Program Development

Collaborate with the Training and Operations team to create and execute training programs for onboarding, continuing education, and operational best practices.

Support Change Management

Develop content that helps teams adopt new initiatives, tools, and processes smoothly.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

Work closely with franchisees, field teams, and internal departments to identify training needs and create resources that address them effectively.

Performance Analysis

Monitor engagement and effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or training, preferably within a franchise organization or similar industry.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in e-learning tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience.

Bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance.
