Job Title: UC Engineer (UCCE)
Location: Rancho, CA
Experience: 5-10+ years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level unified communication solutions, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills:
Cisco UCCE Expertise:

Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting Cisco UCCE environments.

Proficiency in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager), CVP (Customer Voice Portal), CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), and Finesse.

Troubleshooting call routing, call control, and SIP-based integrations.

Voice & Contact Center Technologies:

Deep understanding of Cisco Voice Gateway (CUBE), SIP Trunking, and QoS (Quality of Service).

Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and Cisco Webex Contact Center (Optional but preferred).

Scripting & Automation:
Proficiency in ICM Script Development and CVP Call Studio scripting.

Knowledge of automation tools like Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs for contact center operations.

Networking & Security Fundamentals
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP, SIP, H.323, RTP, and MPLS.

Familiarity with firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs for UC environments.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Hands-on experience with Cisco Prime Collaboration, RTMT, CUIC, LiveData, Wireshark, and Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
