OVERVIEW:
The Venice Clubhouse Site Coordinator works in direct partnership with the Area Director to oversee the daily operations and delivery of all program areas within the Club. This role involves supervising and training program staff, managing administrative duties, and serving as a key liaison between parents, schools, community groups, and Club members. The Site Coordinator supports behavior management strategies, goal setting and ensures optimal club facilities and resource use. In the absence of the Area Director, the Site Coordinator assumes full responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the site’s programming with guidance and direction from the Area Director.
