We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Marketing Editor to join our fast-growing team. If you have experience crafting engaging video content for modern, fun brands and thrive on creating assets that hook audiences from the first second, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce video campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality, performance-based video and GIF assets for marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, tutorials, testimonials, and social media content.
Optimize video content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals, audience insights, and key messages, ensuring effective communication through video.
Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, sound, and effects to maximize viewer engagement.
Test and iterate creative assets based on feedback and performance metrics, with a focus on improving thumb stop rates and hold rates.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all assets, ensuring each piece captures attention while reflecting our brand’s style and tone.
Analyze video performance data, sharing insights and actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video marketing and editing.
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a focus on digital marketing content.
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and marketing principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects, particularly in marketing-related content.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content is a plus.
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools is an advantage.
