Job Description

Essentra Components is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 1st shift based in the Louisville, KY area to join our team. In your role as a Warehouse Associate, you would be responsible for basic warehouse duties, including cycle counting and inventory.

Essentra is a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components with a portfolio of over 40,000+ products to meet our client’s needs.

CNA/caregiver experience DOES NOT apply to this position

MUST have 1+ years of warehouse experience

What you will do:

• Use a 24-foot cherry picker to complete cycle counts, inventory checks and audit checks
• Cross train in areas such as wrappers, barcoding, restacking, and receiving
• Always maintain the highest standard of safety and hold others to the same standard
• Other duties as assigned
• The schedule is from 6am until 230pm, Monday - Friday

What we look for:

Required:

• Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction once trained
• Demonstrates an attention to detail in their work
• MUST have 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Able to lift, move and stack individual boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work 24 feet in the air for prolonged periods of time
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• General PC skills
• CNA/caregiver experience DOES NOT apply to this position

Preferred:

• B-Pix software experience is a BIG plus
