Appointment Setter (WFH) is a professional responsible for organizing and coordinating travel arrangements for individuals or groups. Knowledge of travel industry trends destinations and products a plus Familiarity with various travel services such as flights hotels car rentals cruises and travel insurance a plus Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients suppliers and team members

Customer Service Skills:

• Strong customer service
  
• Ability to handle customer inquiries complaints and requests professionally and efficiently
  
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously

ProblemSolving Skills:

• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

• Understanding of travel regulations visa requirements and other legal aspects related to international and domestic travel

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the travel industry such as new technology regulations or trends

Certifications:

Qualifications
