Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely, working with individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000, based on experience

Responsibilities

Fully Remote: You'll have the option to work from home, with the opportunity to see clients in person if preferred
Full-Time: Minimum of 25 billable hours per week
Client-Centered Care: Oversee ABA treatment plans for children ages 2-14
Supervision: Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and guide them in implementing ABA procedures
Caregiver Support: Develop and deliver caregiver training programs tailored to diverse family backgrounds
Progress Monitoring: Write progress reports and conduct regular skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of service professionals, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and school teachers
Data Management: Utilize Central Reach software to collect and analyze data
Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
Active LBA License in North Carolina
Telehealth: Open to providing services via telehealth
Central Reach Experience: Preferred but not required
Passion for Helping: A desire to work with children, parents, and a collaborative team
