Responsibilities Experience in the following :
- Has delivery / operation background in End user services or infrastructure. IT Service Desk experience
- Gathering business, system, and functional requirements by conducting detailed interviews with business users, stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts
- Led the onboarding of a new application by working with infrastructure, production and non-production teams.
- Provide updates to leadership team in weekly review call and able to work across teams to resolve issues on time.
- Assisted with project scope, aware of an collaborate in change management, end-user communications.
- Collaboration in results from testing functionality and opportunity in UAT and QA to see if changes were properly implemented.
- Served as liaison between the functional and technical team.
- Coordinated development activities by managing the technical requirements.
- Facilitate meetings with developers, system analyst and testers to collaborate resource allocation.
- Created Microsoft Visio diagrams to show flows - Visio or other product.
- Assessed approximate cost of application to be on boarded.
- Submitted all tasks and subtasks.
- Completed various documents regarding the information needed to perform an application review.
- Gathered the functional and business requirements.
- Created and updated JIRA stories for the according task and assigned subtasks accordingly.
- Created documentation on confluence to show the stages of product lifecycle and user story points.
- Made sure all user stories were properly assigned to the right developer as well as worked on epic links to make backlog more organized.
- Not required - Develop User Stories throughout the Agile Lifecycle as well as created various data flow diagrams, use cases as well, Activity and State chart diagrams with tools like Rational Rose and MS Visio
- Not required - Conduct and manage all the agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Grooming Sessions, Retro, Sprint Planning and Release Planning)
- Ensured each application leveraged the most current security protocols.
- Environment: ServiceNow Agile, Jira, data modeling, data mapping, Windows , MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), MS Visio , VDI , VPN.
Qualifications - Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
