Channel Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Brand Marketing Managers to ensure our products are represented with excellence across all sales channels. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of product listings on dealer websites, engaging with dealers through regular communication, and tracking progress to provide updates to management.
Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness and desirability through effective marketing communications and campaigns, ultimately contributing to a positive return on investment (ROI). You will also monitor dealer performance and ensure they adhere to marketing campaign agreements, while assisting in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement within our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Managers to ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across online, print, and other sales channel activities.
- Take charge of the channel marketing strategy, with guidance from the Brand Marketing Managers.
- Manage product launches within the dealer network, including the creation of dealer-specific materials and communication plans.
- Ensure that dealer tactics outlined in partner agreements are executed timely and to the required specifications.
- Contribute to the development of a partner program with select dealers.
- Implement a systematic website auditing process to track and report on performance and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for additional marketing initiatives during audits and provide insights on the dealer network's strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to request and brief marketing assets for various campaigns.
- Develop point-of-sale solutions from concept to implementation.
- Monitor dealer customer communications, including email, social media, and events.
- Regularly meet with the Director, Field Training/Product Specialists, and the product specialist team to determine in-store asset and training needs.
- Maintain a structured and organized system for marketing assets.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience with HubSpot, MailChimp, Wrike, Miro, Dropbox, and Brand Maker is a plus.
- A passion for music and a basic understanding of music technology/creation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the US music industry dealer network, including online and brick & mortar.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
