The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Operation Services Division, is seeking to fill one (1) full-time Office & Administrative Specialist Sr. position in St. Paul, Minnesota. This position supports regional Operation Services Division (OSD) program services, with a primary focus on the Buildings and Sustainability (BAS) program. Duties for this position are, but not limited to:
This position will provide administrative support to the BAS program, management resources supervisors and regional OSD program staff in the areas of office management, monitoring budgets, and special projects.
This position has a flexible work arrangement and may be eligible to telework on a part-time basis which is subject to change. If approved, the employee would be required to complete an annual telework agreement. This position will require reporting to the primary work location on a regular basis for meetings, trainings, and onboarding.
No driving duties are required.
