Position Overview

The Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, while also managing project schedules and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Supervise and direct subcontractors and labor teams during project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
