Commercial Construction Manager 

Established Boston design-build outfit is looking to add a talented Construction Manager to it's growing team.

• Commercial construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work)
• Experience building hospitals, pharmaceutical, academic, Biotech, Clean Rooms, or Labs.
• Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
• Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools and equipment associated with projects.
• Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Large scale project experience $2-20+ million dollars.
