Job Description:

As an Entry Level Staffing Specialist, you will be a vital part of our recruitment and staffing operations, specifically focusing on light industrial and general labor positions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the staffing industry and grow your career in human resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for light industrial and general labor positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and application status.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment credentials.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback to applicants.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge or experience in light industrial and general labor staffing is a plus but not required.
