Company Overview: GPAC is partnering with a leading steel fabrication company with decades of experience in the region. They are seeking a talented Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metal Project Manager to join their team.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 5+ years in structural steel fabrication.
* Software Proficiency: Skilled in Bluebeam software.
* Business Growth: Proven track record in expanding a book of business.
* Resource Management: Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet deadlines.
* Initiative: Proactive in taking responsibility.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural steel components.
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
* Ensure the accuracy of all blueprints and drawings.
* Create and oversee project schedules for timely completion.
* Monitor project budgets, resources, and costs.
* Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with customers and management.

Essential Functions:

* Interpret structural drawings and engineering documents.
* Experience in structural steel detailing and fabrication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam software.
* Lead projects and manage team members effectively.
* Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Communicate and present information clearly.

* Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
* Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included.
