Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and a proven track record of success.
This role requires expertise in Tableau and the ability to work in a hybrid model.
The Tableau Developer will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring they align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Utilize Tableau to analyze project data and generate reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
Support the professional development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Have 8 to 11 years of experience in project or program management.
Demonstrate expertise in using Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
Show strong organizational and time management skills
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Show proficiency in project management tools and software.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Have experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Display a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
