In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the Repair Technician (Entry lvl) is to perform basic repairs to the vehicle. These basic repairs include either repairing or removing and reassembling known good pieces onto the vehicle. The parts needing to be replaced the most but not limited too are bumpers, seats, interior trim, door panels and wheels. This position will also include installing parts onto cars due to a part shortage.

This is a 3rd shift position. 

Principal Responsibilities

• Replace damaged or mutilated parts on vehicle.
• Downloading software or running software checks.
• Modify vehicles to proper specifications.
• Driving vehicles to proper location after repairs are complete.
• 5S Initiatives.
• Follow all PPE safety rules in accordance with SDS.

Job Specifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a hands-on technical background.
• Must have experience and knowledge of hand tools, air tools, battery tools, and hydraulic lifts.
• Must be able to drive vehicles on and off 2 and 4 post lifts.
• Must be able to set up vehicles on lifts while following all safety procedure.
• Must have basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Understand how to follow work instructions i.e., SOP.
• Software experience desired: VIDA
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work, while also multi-tasking
• Must be able to adapt to a teamwork environment.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Must be able to handle constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
• Ability to lift 33 LBS.
• Must have a Valid USA drivers license
