About the Role:

As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you will specialize in sourcing and placing top talent within the following areas:

Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
Nurses
Allied Health
Mental Health and Behavioral Health
Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
Public Health and Government Health Agencies
Reproductive Health
Dental Care
Key Responsibilities:

Source, recruit, and screen qualified Healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
Utilize social media and online platforms for recruitment marketing.
Collaborate with our strategic partners to fill critical roles.
Requirements:

At least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates.
Strong understanding of the Healthcare industry.
Proficiency in using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
